The Sparhawk’s 89 guest rooms are located in four buildings styled in traditional New England clapboard architecture: Sparhawk Oceanfront, Ireland House, Barbara Dean, and Jacob’s House. These buildings are graciously spaced over nearly five oceanfront acres. All facilities and grounds are impeccably maintained, and ample guest parking is available.
We offer mobility accessible rooms designed for guests who utilize a wheelchair, require extra space, or have limited mobility. Our common areas, including our public entrance, front desk, breakfast area, and route from public entrance to accessible guest rooms, are all mobility accessible.

Positioned along the Atlantic Ocean’s waterfront, the Sparhawk Oceanfront rooms feature direct panoramic views of the ocean with private decks. With uniquely designed and appointed units, guests may choose from a variety of different room types from a single king bed to a family-style room with two queens. Included in this room type are our mobility accessible guest rooms.
The Barbara Dean building is a meticulously maintained three-story building with 10 spacious units. Situated on an elevated piece of the property, accommodations afford a wonderful view across the grounds and to the ocean.
Containing 5 spacious units, Jacob’s House offers views of The Sparhawk’s grounds and gardens with fine furnishings and enhanced amenities. Each units’ layout is unique; one single-room king suite, one and two-bedroom suites, and a two-bedroom duplex with a full kitchen.
The Ireland House is a two-story building overlooking some of Sparhawk’s exquisitely maintained gardens along the seawall. This building contains 20 units angled toward the water, each designed as a one-room suite with two queen beds.
