EXTRA GUESTS/OCCUPANCY MAXIMUMS
All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25/night charge for extra adults, $10/night for 3 - 12 year olds, and children 2 or younger are free of charge. There is no charge for a pack and play. All extra persons, regardless of age, must be arranged in advance.
TAXES
Rates are subject to 9% Maine lodging tax.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
There is a one-week minimum stay from the beginning of July to mid-August. Minimum stays also apply during holidays and weekends.
DEPOSIT
An advance deposit is required on all reservations. A deposit check of the average daily rate + tax for every 7 nights of your reservation is required to confirm the reservation. Your deposit will be credited to the last night of your reservation and will be forfeited should you arrive late or depart a day or more in advance of your scheduled departure. Payment for your entire stay is due upon arrival. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departures.
CANCELLATION
In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 14 days prior to your arrival and receive a refund of your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. A $25 administrative fee will also be applied when any changes are made outside of the 14 day cancellation window. Please note that reservations cannot be shortened during minimum stay requirements. Within 14 days of arrival, changes to your reservation can no longer be made, your deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.
PAYMENT
Sparhawk requires a personal check or money order as one night’s deposit to confirm a reservation. Payment of entire balance is due upon arrival; we accept cash, personal & travelers checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover at this time.
SMOKING
Sparhawk maintains a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, on all balconies and patios and in the swimming pool enclosure and the lobby. Noncompliance with Sparhawk’s smoking policy will be reflected in individual guest histories and a cleaning fee may be assessed.
